Pacific Networks has been serving the needs of businesses, both large and small, for nearly a decade. Pacific Networks' president,Ken Sullivan, began working in the Telecommunications field after graduating from UCSB.  A manager of a telecommunications company came across some of his work and immediately offered him a partnership with a large corporation. 

Ken knew what it meant to take pride in a job well done and decided to create Pacific Networks based on Customer Service. Ken explained that every customer should feel completely satisfied with every job he performed.  

Slowly and steadily, Ken built Pacific Networks into a corporation capable of handling every intricate detail of his customers' requests. 

After a short time Pacific Networks began taking on larger jobs and working with worldwide corporations; all the while Ken never lost focus of his customer service goal.  A Pacific Networks Technician will still drop everything for his customer's emergencies.

Customers, being pleased with the results, spread the word. Ken's fist challenge was creating a powerful infrastructure of his own. Within a few years, the staff at Pacific Networks grew in number from 1 to 15 professionals, all committed to delivering unparalleled service.  Pacific Networks has grown and earned their position as number one in customer satisfaction and service for some of the largest corporate enterprises.
